The limited-edition Dirt Candy vegan salad gets its name from Chef Cohen's NYC Vegetable Restaurant and it is now available in-store, online and in-app across all Just Salad locations nationwide through January 31st.
Dirt Candy is a nutritious vegan salad prepared with crisp romaine and arugula, organic sesame tofu, cucumber, shaved broccoli and pumpkin seeds spiced with Tajin. Additionally, two limited-time toppings can be used to enhance the plant-powered bowl: sliced pepperoncini and Castelvetrano olives.
