A delicious new take on a classic Caesar salad, Mona's Dreamy Caesar features Vand's own pick of wellness-boosting ingredients. The salad starts with a romaine and supergreens blend, which is then tossed with shaved broccoli, cucumbers, tajin, spiced pumpkin seeds, organic chickpea, creamy avocado, and Mona's vegan caesar dressing. As Vand herself says of the new dish, "This salad is exactly the way I like to eat – it incorporates a variety of healthy ingredients that all add their own unique nutritional benefits, while being extremely clean and packed with flavor and texture."
