Mediterranean Superfood Salads

Just Salad Has Added a New Chopped Mezze Salad for Spring

Just Salad is starting off spring on a fresh note by teaming up with NYC Chef Marc Forgione to launch the new Chopped Mezze salad.

Owner of Respect Hospitality Group and the youngest NYC chef/owner to receive a Michelin star in the U.S., Chef Forgione brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the collaboration. Chef Forgione also shares Just Salad's appreciation for crafting high-quality, nutritious dishes, and it's with this ethos in mind that Chef Forgione has created the new Chopped Mezze salad.

As the name suggests, the new Chopped Mezze salad relies on classic Mediterranean ingredients like kalamata olives and feta cheese. These Greek staples are also paired with a superfood salad blend, organic chickpeas, sliced cucumbers, pickled onions, grape tomatoes, and hemp hearts, all tossed with Marc’s homemade dressing.

The new Chopped Mezze salad is available now for a limited time.
