Fresh Express is Introducing a New Chopped Salad Kit

Fresh Express is launching a new Chopped Kit, this time introducing the Mediterranean Herb variant which arrives in late September. This kit features a blend of kale, green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and green leaf lettuce with crispy chickpeas, feta, lemon and oregano vinaigrette.

This launch aligns with the fast-growing Mediteranean category, which has achieved 30% year-over-year growth. The product has also resonated with consumers at the product testing phase, scoring 80% Purchase Intent. Fresh Express' other Chopped Kits include the Thai 'N' Cashews, American, Asian, Creamy Goddess, Bacon Thousand Island, and Caesar options. The brand also sells different salad kits, bowls and bite-sized fruit products.

Interested consumers can purchase the new Fresh Express Mediterranean Herb Chopped Kit starting September 24.
