Caribou Coffee Unveiled the JUST Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread

Caribou Coffee announced the 'JUST Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread' as part of its partnership with 'JUST Egg,' the plant-based egg manufacturer and supplier. This breakfast item is an excellent choice for vegetarian and vegan customers, as everything from the egg to the cheese is made out of plant-based materials.

The flatbread sandwich includes a folded omelet-style JUST Egg, roasted tomatoes, a vegan pesto sauce, and even a vegan version of smoked provolone cheese made from 'Violife.' This new flatbread breakfast item is available now at Caribou Coffee locations across the United States. However, this is only available for a limited time and it is not currently planned to become a permanent offering. The price of the breakfast flatbread will vary by location.
