Slow-Marinated Chicken Sandwiches

The New Jollibee Chickenwich Comes in Two Varieties

Just when it seemed that every brand had already thrown its hat in the chicken sandwich wars ring, Jollibee has announced that it too has a fried chicken sandwich: the Jollibee Chickenwich.

The Jollibee Chickenwich as its been cleverly named is a fried chicken sandwich available from participating Jollibee locations across the U.S. Like fast food sandwiches at other chains, the new Jollibee Chickenwich comes in both an Original and a Spicy variety. The Original Jollibee Chickenwich starts with a slow-marinated chicken breast fillet, that's been hand-breaded, fried, topped with umami mayo, and served on a toasted brioche bun. The Spicy Jollibee Chickenwich starts with the same juicy chicken fillet on a brioche bun, but also features sriracha mayo and fresh jalapeño slices for added crunch and heat.
