Golfer-Led Yard Sale Initiatives

TruGreen Partners with Jason Day for a Special Yard Sale

TruGreen, the lawn care provider serving over 2.3 million customers across North America, partnered with professional golfer Jason Day for a promotional campaign on Facebook Marketplace where Day listed his personal lawn equipment at a nominal price. Instead of selling tools, selected respondents received a year of professional lawn care services.

The TruGreen x Jason Day campaign culminated in an offer available to all homeowners through May 21, where new customers can receive their first TruGreen application for $9.95 without needing to participate in the social media promotion.

Alyssa Puketza, Chief Marketing Officer at TruGreen, shared: "Partnering with Jason on this was a fun, unexpected way to intercept homeowners in the middle of their lawn care decision-making as they're gearing up for another season of yard work."
