The Jack & Bry Unbreaded Jackfruit Fish Fillet is Flavorful

— June 14, 2022 — Lifestyle
The Jack & Bry unbreaded jackfruit fish fillet is a new product from the UK-based meat alternative brand that offers consumers an alternative to traditional seafood products.

Created in partnership with The Cornish Seaweed Company, the fish-inspired fillet features jackfruit to mimic the taste and texture of the white fish. The product appears as a very close substitute for the white fish and is expected to be a hit amongst plant-based consumers.

Jack & Bry's Founder and CEO Bryony Tina-Disbury commented on the unbreaded jackfruit fish fillet saying, "We’ve changed the minds of climate-conscious pizza eaters and burger lovers with our jackfruit pepperoni and gourmet jackfruit burgers; we now want to focus our efforts even further, beyond land and into the ocean with our world’s first jackfruit fish fillet."
