The Juicy Marbles & Friends Kinda Cod has been created as part of a collaboration with alt meat brand Juicy Marbles and Revo Foods as a plant-based take on a cod fillet.

The product is crafted using Revo's 3D structuring process, which gives it a distinctly flaky texture that's elevated with ample flavor to work well in a variety of recipes. The plant-based fillet is also not breaded to encourage the consumer to season it to their liking to work well in a variety of different recipes. The fillet is achieved using fermented mycoprotein with microalgae oil in the mix for omega-3s, while also featuring vitamins B6, B12, folate and dietary fiber.

The Juicy Marbles & Friends Kinda Cod is available exclusively on the Juicy Marbles website in the US now with a launch into the UK and Europe expected soon.
