World-famous singer Prince created a private Turks and Caicos Island Estate as an escape from harsh Minneapolis winters. The late artist hired a team to build the home on a five-acre property with purple and teal blue hues seen throughout.
The home was recently sold in 2016 and underwent a renovation to make it as luxurious as possible before it was put up for auction this summer. The home features large windows that offer sprawling views on the south shore of Providenciales as well as a list of high-end amenities. The 10,000 square foot interior has six bathrooms and six private bedrooms that open up onto two beaches and a 200-foot dock, tennis court and a swimming pool.
The luxurious Island Estate in the Turks and Caicos is an updated retreat that pays homage to the beloved artist by staying true to his original design ideals.
