Iconic Scottish carbonated drink brand Irn-Bru's new beverage packaging, developed by Consultancy JKR, is designed with the clear and present aim of communicating the ideals of strength and vitality within an industrial artistic scheme.

What makes this particular sort of beverage packaging stand out on store shelves is the fact that it embraces a clean and crisp design with less imagery and deliberately reduced shadows. The new design maintains the longstanding depiction of a "strong man" character, although it has now been redrawn to put forward a refreshed image, and relocates it to the center of the packaging space.

Irn-Bru's new branding sceme is designed to be flexible across different kinds of beverage offerings including cans, bottles and external packaging, ensuring that it doesn't interfere with the functionality of the packaging in any way.
