These inflatable concrete tanks have been developed by the Turkey-based company Deploy to help support those still affected by the earthquake as a way to prioritize access to potable water. The water tank is constructed using a patented material known as concrete canvas that is capable of holding up to 3,698-gallons of fresh water. The tank only needs to be set up on an 8mm concrete base mat before having it installed and filled for continuous access to water.

The inflatable concrete tanks are rated to have a lifespan of roughly 20 years to make them suitable for long-term use when catastrophic events occur. The low-maintenance design of the water tanks have a self-repairing construction that's also simple to clean thanks to an easy access form.
