Using an induction hot plate requires that the pot or pan be sitting flush with the surface in order to maintain the conductivity, but the 'B’CHEF' aims to change this. Connecting with a magnetic induction transmitter, the 'B’CHEF' cooktop allows chefs to lift and shift the pan without having to worry that the cooking process will stop. This enables chefs to maintain a more versatile cooking experience from beginning to end without having to feel restricted in any way.
The 'B’CHEF' induction hot plate is the design work of Sumin Shin and can be utilized in various parts of the kitchen thanks to the compact design. This enables it to be used alone or as a supplement to existing kitchen appliances.
