Many people prefer the convenience of shopping online but it can often be a challenge to receive deliveries in a timely matter—to remedy this, Chamberlain Group and Amazon teamed up to offer a free in-garage delivery service for homeowners. This means that Amazon Prime packages can now quickly and easily be delivered directly to one's garage in select places across the United States.

Key by Amazon was previously introduced as an in-home delivery system that could be used with a smart lock kit. This new in-garage delivery system is based upon the use of myQ-connected technology, which gives homeowners greater control over the package delivery process. With a myQ smart-garage door opener, users are able to use Key by Amazon app and in a matter of minutes, begin securely receiving their online orders.
