Plant-Based Crop Ranches

Impossible Ranch Refocuses a Former Cattle Ranch to Land for Plants

Impossible Foods recently unveiled its fresh new look and following this news, the company developing plant-based substitutes for meat products announced Impossible Ranch.

Impossible Ranch is a first-of-its-kind project in the plant-based industry and it has turned a 70-acre former cattle ranch in South Carolina into a sanctuary for rescued cattle and a place to cultivate crops for Impossible Foods’ product range. To celebrate the introduction of the Impossible Ranch, the company is inviting fans to share name ideas for the cattle living on the ranch.

"As a leader of the plant-based category, we saw both a need and an opportunity to demystify meat from plants in a way that feels more approachable for consumers," says Leslie Sims, Chief Marketing and Creative Officer of Impossible Foods, “Impossible Ranch is a living and breathing educational resource."
