Questlove's Dish Boasts the Impossible Plant-Based Meat

The Impossible plant-based meat is the key ingredient in this veggie-friendly Cheesesteak sandwich by Grammy Award-winning musician Questlove. The dish is an example of how one might live sustainably and slightly guilt-free without altogether forsaking the taste of meat.

The Cheesesteak sandwich was first debuted at the 2018 Roots Picnic festival, where it received quite a bit of attention from the VIP area. The taste of the Impossible plant-based meat was so similar to the real thing that "no one believed [Questlove] when [he] told them the 'meat' was not beef."

Due to this reception, the Cheesesteak sandwich will make an appearance on March 28th at Citizens Bank Park for The Phillies’ opening day. There are plans for expanding this dish to more venues across the US.
