The Ikibana Restaurant has a whimsical warmth about it that is mainly due to its use of wood throughout the space. Yet instead of typical wooden panels or other such designs, the Ikibana Restaurant boasts a beautifully weaved ceiling that gives it an artistic appeal many will appreciate. Offering a fusion of Japanese and Brazilian gastronomies, it is only appropriate that it would do the same in regards to its aesthetic.
Designed by El Equipo Creativo, the Ikibana Restaurant "quiet and minimalist the first, exuberant and bustling the second," as described by the designers. By delving into the two cultures to find a unifying similarity, the designers discovered that landscape was incredibly important to both. This is reflected in the artificial landscape created within the Ikibana Restaurant.
