A total of 15 original artworks by Shonibare stun visitors in the Sketch restaurant's Gallery dining room. The series is officially known as 'Modern Magic.' Mahdavi worked with these pieces in mind to curate the color scheme and textures that adorn the interior—from the copper wall that reflects light and creates a sense of intimacy to the luxurious leather that covers the banquettes.
