Daniel’s Room restaurant is a new dining destination in Dubai Mall that brings the creative language of artist Daniel Arsham into a hospitality context. The space serves specialty coffee, light bites and pastries while integrating sculptural and bespoke design elements throughout the interior. Furniture, architectural details and curated objects on display were all designed or selected to convey an intentional aesthetic, with exclusive tableware and limited-edition books presented alongside dining elements. Arsham’s work through his collaborative firm Snarkitecture often explores intersections between art and everyday objects, and that sensibility informs the restaurant’s environment as much as the menu.
Located within one of the world’s busiest retail destinations, the restaurant occupies a gallery-like setting where seating, surfaces and decorative pieces contribute to the overall experience. The space is designed to feel cohesive rather than purely functional, with sculptural forms and artistic touches integrated into circulation and dining areas.
