The Icona Lounge Chair boasts a uniquely subtle cantilevered design. While it does have a backrest, it is only attached to the rest of the body via the arms, which gives it its visually striking appearance. Although it looks like it could bend under the weight of the sitter, the Icona Lounge Chair is strong and sturdy enough to withstand just about anything.

Designed by Ismet Cevik, an industrial designer based in Istanbul, Turkey, the Icona Lounge Chair is inspired by the Ray and Charles Eames lounge chair. Complete with an equally sleek footstool, the seat is clean and contemporary with a retro twist. Made out of wood and microfiber fabric, it has a warmth to its overall design, which will be welcoming in any living space.
