The architectural concept is intended for placement in the coastal city of Sochi on the Black Sea in Russia and utilizes an oscillating water column principle to harness the wave energy. The sculpture could produce up to 300kW of power, which would help to supply energy to 200 homes and businesses in the immediate vicinity.
