A good coat of paint can transform just about anything and that is exactly the case when it came to the House That Sweaters Built. Originally a rundown New York home, artist Kat O'Sullivan decided to lift its spirits, and in the process her own, by dousing it in a riot of colors and some bold patterns including a big smiling mouth that would put the Cheshire cat to shame.
Revitalized with the help of her partner, Mason Brown, the House That Sweaters Built also boasts new oddly shaped windows. O'Sullivan shares, "This is our crazy home, Calico, the House That Sweaters Built! It’s been quite a renovation journey to get it to its psychedelic rainbow state. This is just the first coat. It will only get weirder."
