Chick-fil-A is looking to offer a fresh new twist on its Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich with its new Honey Pepper Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich.

Since Popeye's released its famed chicken sandwich back in 2019, many fast food brands have followed suit with their own take on fried chicken, pickles, and mayo. But with its latest creation, Chick-fil-A seems to be breaking the mould. The new Honey Pepper Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich combines an original Chick-fil-A filet, with a drizzle of honey, pimento cheese, and pickled jalapeños, all served on a warm, toasted bun. As the brand explains, the new sandwich was developed to offer "the perfect balance of savory, sweet and spicy."

The new Honey Pepper Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich is currently being tested in North Carolina and South Carolina.
