The conceptual Holden Time Attack supercar is an impossibly speedy electric vehicle that has been developed for the 50th anniversary of the Bathurst 1000 victory.
The vehicle sports a distinctly futuristic design that hugs the road or raceway and is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100km/h in just over a second, which makes it a speedier alternative to the Tesla Roadster. The supercar has a magnetic electric motor drive that is capable of offering 250kW each to create 3,240 Nm of torque and a staggering 1,360 horsepower.
The conceptual Holden Time Attack is an example of the full-fledged shift towards electrified race cars as brands, drivers and consumers alike begin to understand the inherent advantages they hold over traditional gas-powered alternatives.
