theBalm recently released a new highlight and contour kit called 'Highlite ‘N Con Tour' that will appeal to those with a love of music, festivals and concert-going.

On this theme, the palette is organized to showcase "eight chart-topping contours and highlighters highlighters," including four to "hit those high notes," as well as another four contour and cheek colors that are "all about that base."
