HelloFresh is a meal delivery service that runs in Western Europe, North America and in Australia, and the brand is ensuring that it doesn't contribute to excessive waste by shipping its products in eco-friendly boxes.
Each aspect of the HelloFresh shipping box is recyclable, starting from its primary cardboard box which is made from a mix of recycled and virgin fibers, and can be folded and recycled. It also comes with insulating summer liners, which are made from recycled recycled cotton, jute, and kraft paper. The brand's winter liners are made from plastic that is recyclable and compostable. In addition, the ice packs that accompany the boxes come in the form of plastic bags that can also be recycled – ensuring that every component in this kit does not contribute to waste.
