DS Smith's GoChill Cooler Replaces Plastic and Styrofoam Coolers

Fiber-based packaging manufacturer DS Smith launched the 100% recyclable and reusable GoChill Cooler as an alternative to plastic and Styrofoam coolers. The GoChill Cooler is made from wax-free corrugated board and features DS Smith’s GreenCoat technology, a food-safe, moisture-resistant, recyclable coated box solution, so that consumers can trust their food and beverages are temperature-controlled, insulated and protected.

This moisture-resistant design, tested to meet food-grade safety standards, is ideal for consumers who love enjoying refreshments outdoors and actively avoid purchasing from companies that use Styrofoam. Studies show that 63% of consumers likely to purchase this cooler believe minimizing their environmental impact is important and 52% are willing to spend more for a product that is eco-friendly.
