Helicopter Glamping Lets Couples Stay in a Converted SeaKing Helicopter

Helicopter Glamping is a unique experience that allows guest to spend a night in a converted Royal Navy helicopter.

Located in Stirling, Scotland, the exterior of this decommissioned helicopter received minimal updates but the inside has been transformed into cozy accommodations. The Helicopter Hotel can accommodate a family of five with a double bed, triple bed and a twin-sized bed located in the tail. The walls have been painted a bright white color, while the lighting maintains its original design. Additionally, the cockpit has been converted into a comfortable sitting room with panoramic views of the Scottish countryside.

Guests have access to the room's stainless steel kitchenette for a self-sufficient stay. The room's curved walls have also been insulated to keep the vessel warm in the winter, but cool in the summer so Helicopter Glamping is available year-round.
