Airbnb has faithfully recreated numerous iconic movie dwellings, offering people the opportunity to immerse themselves in their favorite franchises, and now guests can look forward to booking a stay at Shrek's swamp.
The recreation of Shrek's swamp in the Scottish Highlands is cozy and cottage-like, and complete with details that fans will appreciate. On-site, there's everything from the Ogre's favorite chair to his outhouse and even "earwax candles."
This special fairytale property created for Halloween will be open to book in mid-October, and for £0 a night, guests can request to book an exclusive two-night stay for up to three guests. As part of this initiative, Airbnb will make a one-time donation to the HopScotch Children’s Charity, in support of vulnerable children in Scotland.
