Founded by designer, writer, editor and curator Henrietta Thompson, the Harth platform aims to change the way we all furnish the interiors of our homes. Designed as a sharing platform, Harth lets members rent impressive pieces of art and high-quality furniture. Members on the Harth platform can browse and choose items curated by the platform and can also upload their own products for rent. The pieces offered directly by Harth include new season designs, one-off collectibles and vintage pieces.

The Harth platform aims to aid a new generation in furnishing their homes. According to Thompson, "Modern life doesn't really work the same way it did for previous generations: relationships, jobs, travel, growing families, finances," this is where the platform comes in as it provides a new way to furnish a space that does not require traditional longterm commitment or investment.
