The 'Ibis' hanging seats are designed with a naturalistic aesthetic that makes them suitable for those who want to incorporate a natural touch into a space. Each of the cocoon-like hanging chairs are crafted from volcanic Basalt fibers that have been woven and shaped into a nest-like seat and sealed using natural resins. This creates a lightweight yet strong seat that will provide a great place to relax.
The 'Ibis' hanging seats are capable of absorbing UV light as well as electromagnetic and radio waves to protect a person while they are sitting in the chair. The 'Ibis' chairs are handmade and are the design work of industrial designer Raimonds Cirulis of the Maffam Freeform design workshop.
