Anthony's Pizza & Pasta is based out of Colorado, but that doesn't prevent the landlocked headquarters from engaging in some coastal fun with the new Great White Pizza. The specialty promotional dish has been created in celebration of Shark Week, which runs from July 23rd to 30th this year.
The Great White Pizza is a large, 18-inch thin-crust pie topped with ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, and oregano (without any tomato sauce, which gives it the "White" label). Though the pizza is nearly as mighty as the predatory for which it's named, Anthony's is offering it up for a just shrimpy $10.
On top of the pizza promotion, participating Anthony's locations will be holding Shark Week watch parties beginning at 8 PM each night.
