Vegan media brand Forks Over Knives, which produced the Forks Over Knives feature film, recently launched what it calls 'Meal-Maker Grain Kits' to share just how easy it can be to enjoy one-pot, oil-free vegan meals powered by whole foods.
The three varieties available include all of the grains and spices needed to make single-serve globally inspired meals like Mexican Rice and Beans, Moroccan Quinoa Pilaf and Indian Rice and Dal. With these ready-to-make grain kits, the only fresh additions that are needed are fresh vegetables.
In order to encourage more consumers to make the transition to a whole food, plant-based diet, Forks Over Knives also includes a variety of other resources on its site, such as a meal planner, a cooking course, recipes and articles.
