Goupie's chocolate confectionary unveiled Easter Eggs that are carefully packaged in an entirely recyclable box that boasts a beautiful trapezoid shape. Goupie's Brand Manager, Grace Simpson states on the matter, "we wanted to create an Easter Egg that tasted delicious and was free from unnecessary packaging, at a reasonable price point.
We're really excited to be launching these eggs in their new and improved format." The packaging is made from polypropylene and is a compostable alternative that doesn't affect the product in any way. In terms of the chocolate, it is entirely vegan-friendly and is offered in two flavor options of either Salted Sticky Toffee Goupie or Original Goupie. Each piece is cut into slightly smaller pieces in order to give a bigger proportion of chocolate. The back of the box also describes how to re-use the packaging.
