Plant-Based Egg Alternatives

The Bridge Unveils a New Plant-Based Egg Product Called Veg Egg

The Bridge S.R.L has launched a new product that is perfect for consumers looking for a vegan alternative to egg products. The new Veg Egg, arriving in a 500ml Pure-Pak Sense aseptic carton, is marketed as 100% organic, plant-based, and lactose and cholesterol-free. Notably, this product aligns with The Bridge's recent partnership with Elopak in 2023, which allowed the brand to invest in a new aseptic filling line.

"Veg Egg is a new way to use eggs and meets with growing trends as a new vegan option for consumers and catering trade. This is more than just an egg alternative, it is a smart choice for those who want to explore dietary or culinary options without compromising on taste, well-being or sustainability," said Paolo Negro Marcigaglia, CEO-operations, The Bridge.
