'Goodfood' Delivers Healthy Meals Made with Local Ingredients

Goodfood has grown to become one of the biggest subscription delivery services in Canada since it was founded. The company, which operates in Quebec and Ontario, delivers well-balanced meals with step-by-step instructions. While providing delicious recipes, made from healthy and locally grown ingredients, Goodfood is aiming to help Canadians cook and eat healthier. The packages contain fresher ingredients than the supermarkets and come from local producers. Goodfood boasts that "at least 85% of the contents of your box are either Canadian products or packaged in Canada."

The founders also looked to support the communities in which their business is doing well. According to the website "for every box purchased, Goodfood will offer a nutritious meal to a child in need in a school located within a community the company serves."

Furthermore, every part of the packaging can be recycled after the ingredients have been removed. Goodfood has developed a product that offers delicious food and convenience, while giving back to the local community.
