UpMeals, known for making fresh and sustainable meals available by vending machine, is now venturing into the creation of ready-to-eat meal subscription boxes. The first direct-to-consumer offering from UpMeals can be found in two, three and five-day options so that members can regularly get fresh and healthy meals delivered as often as they desire.

The meals, curated by in-house nutritionists, are made with quality, nutrient-dense ingredients. To kick off the introduction of its new subscription service, UpMeals is collaborating with local chefs. There's the savory-sweet Andalucía Bowl by Chef Joël Watanabe with Moroccan chicken, falafels, crispy chickpeas and curried cauliflower, as well as Muhammara Chicken Wrap by Nihal Elwan and the Vietnamese Zoodle Salad by Chef Kim Vo. Going forward, the rotating menu will feature even more vibrant meals made in partnership with chefs.
