Probiotic-Packed Recipes

Mindful Chef & The Gut Health Doctor Created Good-for-the-Gut Recipes

Mindful Chef announced a year-long partnership with Dr. Megan Rossi—The Gut Health Doctor—renowned gut health scientist, registered dietitian and nutritionist, and co-founder of award-winning gut health food brand Bio&Me, to share good-for-the-gut recipes.

Through the top-rated recipe box, customers can order multi-benefit recipes like Sunshine Pasta with Roasted Butternut Squash; Trout, Courgette & Cannellini Bean Spring Stew; and Creamy Coconut Butter Beans with Sweet Potato and ‘Live’ Raita. Customers who order one of the four kefir-based recipes will receive a free 250ml bottle of Bio&Me’s Natural kefir.

These fiber-rich recipes abundant in plants were created exclusively for Mindful Chef by Dr. Megan Rossi featuring Bio&Me’s live kefir drinks. Every recipe delivers at least a third of an individual’s daily fibre in every serving, and kefir contributes protein, plus 18 different live and active cultures to support a healthy gut microbiome.
