Blends by Orly is a new line of five vegan, nut-free and gluten-free flour blends that can be used as a 1:1 replacement in recipes that call for traditional wheat flour.
After Orly's husband was diagnosed with Celiac disease, she began to study French baking under a pastry chef, which later led her to study gluten-free French baking at the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. In this time, Blends by Orly was pioneered, featuring gluten-free flour blends named after iconic world cities like London, Manhattan, Paris, Sydney and Tuscany.
As its name suggests, the Tuscany Blend makes an ideal gluten-free replacement for recipes that call for white flour, such as pizzas, flatbreads and focaccia. Similarly, the Paris Blend makes an ideal replacement for cakes, cookies and other sweets that typically stem from the France region.
