The Roasted Cauliflower Mac & Cheese is made with a base of brown rice noodles topped with a creamy cheese sauce, cauliflower crumbles and a crispy panko-style crumb coating of rice flower and pea protein. The dish satisfies with 11 grams of protein, making it a noteworthy alternative to traditional mac and cheese dishes. As well as being free from gluten, this single-serve frozen macaroni meal also excludes nuts and is completely vegetarian-friendly.
