Trader Joe's is making pasta more accessible to gluten-free consumers with the launch of its new Gluten Free Cheese Ravioli.
While Trader Joe's has a whole shelf in its store dedicated to ravioli and other effortless pasta entrees, the brand recognized that gluten-free consumers may not be able to enjoy its current offerings. That's why Trader Joe's has just launched a new Gluten Free Cheese Ravioli. As the brand explains, they "provide the same delightfully al dente bite and gloriously cheesy filling of traditional ravioli – they just also happen to not contain any gluten, too." Instead, the pasta dough is made from a genius mix of eggs, rice, corn, and cauliflower. The pasta is then filled with a creamy blend of ricotta, mozzarella, asiago, Parmesan, and Romano cheeses, which makes it the perfect base for pairing with a wide range of sauces.
