Gluten-Free Tagliatelle Pastas

Trader Joe's New Gluten Free Tagliatelle Pasta is Ready to Cook

Trader Joe's is once again expanding its lineup of gluten-free pastas with the launch of its new Gluten Free Tagliatelle Pasta.

For those unfamiliar, Tagliatelle noodles are long, flat ribbons that look very similar to fettuccini. The main difference between the two is that Tagliatelle is slightly wider and thinner than fettuccine noodles.

Trader Joe's new Gluten Free Tagliatelle Pasta is crafted by a supplier in Italy who specializes in gluten-free pastas. The supplier starts with a combination of corn and rice flours and then cuts the long, ribbon-like noodles to the perfect width and thickness. The noodles are then dried into pre-portioned nests that allow consumers to simply pop the noodles in a pot of boiling water and then add their favorite sauce.
