Made by an expert pasta supplier in Italy, Trader Joe's new Spinach & Ricotta Raviolini are expertly designed to keep the maximum amount of filling inside each tiny pasta pillow. In fact, each Raviolini boasts 50% pasta and 50% filling, which is a rare patio in the pasta world. The filling consists of a creamy combination of ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, along with spinach in a garlicky bechamel sauce. This filling is encased inside a delicate pasta made from egg and durum-wheat flour dough.
