As the craft beer industry continues its success, there is one brewery that is creating an extremely unique gluten-free beer which is made from a chickpea base. This Israeli brewery called Meadan Craft Brewing designed this culturally perfect beer called Meadan Chickpea Malt Ale.
This gluten-free beer is inspired by Israel's culture and is a completely kosher ale that can be consumed during Passover. Additionally, this is the first brewery that has been recognized for using chickpeas as a base for ales.
While hummus is a delicious chickpea-based dish, this unique beer is a bold new craft creation that is sure to be a success for those with dietary and religious restrictions. In addition to its chickpea ingredients, this beer also contains dates and buckwheat for an extra flavor source.
