Ghee, or clarified butter, has been used for cooking and other purposes since ancient India, and now Fourth & Heart is offering a convenient way for modern consumers to make the most of its benefits for health with its new Sprayable Ghee Oil.
Although the brand sells gourmet clarified butter in jar form, it is now introducing a spray option that can be used as a healthier replacement for butter. In comparison to butter, ghee is a much more concentrated source of fats, since the moisture and milk solids have been removed.
