Good Culture's Cottage Cheese Features Fruit on the Bottom

Just as some dairy brands include fruit on the bottom of their yogurt pots, one of the newest products from Good Culture introduces cottage cheese with peach on the bottom. The all-new Natural Peach flavor offers 16 grams of protein per cup and emphasizes the use of clean, natural ingredients. The cottage cheese is made with a base of whole milk from pasture-raised, grass-fed cows, plus cream, live cutures and cane sugar as a sweetener.

Good Culture also offers fruit on the bottom cottage cheese products in varieites like blueberry, strawberry and pineapple.

A number of cottage cheese producers are now experimenting with offering unique dairy hybrids, including products that are combined with sweet additions like fruit and and savory mix-ins like salsa.
