S'mores are a classic snack that are always associated with fire and being served hot, but with his 'Frozen S'mores,' chef Dominique Ansel flips these notions on their heads.

The Frozen S'more is made with a base of Tahitian vanilla ice cream that's sprinkled with chocolate feuilletine flakes and embedded in a decadent honey marshmallow. This entire dessert is held in place by a smoked wooden branch and its exterior is torched to create an extra crispy outer shell upon each order.
