UK-based telecommunications service provider O2 recently launched "Flexible Tariffs," which make it possible for customers to better control the amount they spend on data monthly.
The new service on O2 Refresh is being promoted with a campaign that is embodied by a yo-yo, as O2 CMO Nina Bibby describes that "the yo-yos are a fun, visual way to demonstrate the flexibility and sense of control that our flexible tariffs provide." This flexible data plan will satisfy consumers who desire greater control over their mobile contracts and monthly spending.
In order to better cater to the needs of mobile device users, many telecommunications service providers are crafting data plans that are increasingly diverse, including options that are customizable, age-specific or even available on an annual basis.
