These Finsbury Food Group cupcakes are debuting in the UK ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup to help fans celebrate the occasion in a decidedly delicious way. The product range features two options including the England cupcakes and the Scotland cupcakes that are each crafted with color-coded frostings and sprinkles as a nod to each respective team. The cupcakes will make their debut at Tesco locations starting June 1, 2026 and come in packs of nine servings that are perfect for serving at match viewing parties or summer get-togethers.
Brand Manager Andrew Scott spoke on the new Finsbury Food Group cupcakes saying, "The World Cup always creates a huge sense of excitement and togetherness, so we wanted to create products that fans up and down the country could enjoy during the competition. These cupcakes are designed to be shared and are sure to score big at matchday gatherings and viewing parties throughout the tournament, giving fans a sweet new way to celebrate every goal and nail-biting moment. We’re always looking for new ways to bring excitement to the bakery category, and these products are a great example of that.”
