BVD Stockholm re-imagined fast food packaging for 7-Eleven and Pressbyrån, making it easier for people grabbing lunch on the go to see that they are getting a healthy meal.
The new packaging exposes part of the salads, wraps and sandwiches it contains, letting people gauge its freshness. The labelling features a bold typographic treatment, color-coding ingredients and making the contents of each meal easily readable. The minimal packaging also clearly communicates the number of calories in each, so that diet-conscious eaters are well aware of what they are indulging in.
This beautiful fast food packaging hardly seems like something you'd find at your local corner store, but it is a welcome addition to 7-Eleven stores in Sweden and hopefully, a design that will make its way to the North American market.
